Tour Terms and Conditions
A. Booking and Reservations:
A.1 All guests must make advance reservations through our official channels.
A.2 Minimum age requirement to book a tour independently is 18 years. Persons below 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
B. Health and Fitness:
B.1 Guests should be in good health and reasonably fit for moderate physical activity.
B.2 Inform us of any medical conditions or injuries before the tour.
B.3 Guests are free to not consume foods on the tour if they don’t wish to.
C. Tour Guidelines:
C.1 Follow the tour guide's instructions for safety and group cohesion.
C.2 Respect local culture, customs, and laws, tour leads, and fellow guests.
C.3 Any inappropriate behavior physical or digital on the tour involving tour lead or guests has to be reported to the management of Gully Tours via email to explore@gully.tours for further enquiry.
D. Cancellations and Refunds:
D.1 Tours may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, and guests will receive a full refund or reschedule option.
D.2 Cancellations by guests 7 days before the tour date get a full refund. Cancellations done less than 7 days from the date of tour can opt to join another tour within 6 months from date of booking.
E. Liability:
E.1 Participate at your own risk; Gully Tours and its staff and tour leads are not liable for any incidents, injury or loss incurred by the guest during the tour.
E.2 Guests take responsibility for personal belongings.
F. Photography and Media:
F.1 Gully Tours may use tour media for promotional purposes.
F.2 Guests can take personal media for non-commercial use.
F.3 Inform us if you do not want us to use your photographs or any tour media taken during tours for promotional purposes.
G. Respect for the Environment:
G.1 Practice responsible tourism, respect nature, and animals.
G.2 Avoid use of single-use plastic and littering the streets.
H. Other Terms:
H.1 These terms are subject to change without notice.
H.2 Disputes to be settled within the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.
